Welcome to Troon Beachfront. We’re Cam and Nat, and we’ve poured a lot of love, laughter and charm into this historic beachfront beauty. The house is split into two long-standing holiday lets: Troonbeachfront I and Troonbeachfront II. You can book them separately, or take both together if you’d like the whole place for family, friends, golf trips, or a bigger seaside stay.
Troonbeachfront I is ideal for couples or singles and provides a spacious yet cosy environment. A Victorian beach shack, eclectic, rustic and stylish to make for a home from home feel.
£900 per week all inclusive / £155 per night 4 night minimum
Troonbeachfront II is perfect for families up to six guests and often booked with smaller groups wanting the extra space. Retro inspired decor and furnishings give a nostalgic and bright feel with some original rustic features.
£700 per week all inclusive / £120 per night 4 night minimum
Troonbeachfront I is our ground floor apartment, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and its own front and back doors. Troonbeachfront II sits above it across two further levels, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and access through the garden gate.
It’s cosy, relaxed, full of character, and right by the sea with views across Troon Bay. Bring the family, bring your golf clubs, bring the dog (Pets welcome on application), or just bring yourself and a good book. We’ll make sure you feel right at home.

A House with History
This old beachfront house dates back to late Victorian Troon, when folk came to the coast for sea air, golf, family holidays and a proper change of scene. The story goes that families would sometimes move into the garden rooms while guests enjoyed the main house. These days, we do much the same. When you book the upstairs, downstairs, or both, the space is yours. We tuck ourselves away in the garden building, close enough if you need us, but far enough away for you to properly make yourselves at home. Same sea air, same old house, same warm welcome.

Have a wee nosy around. The decor is relaxed, characterful and a little bit quirky, with old house charm, seaside touches, cosy corners and plenty of personality. Warm, welcoming spaces made for muddy paws, sandy shoes, long lie-ins and lazy evenings by the coast.
Our Amenities
Everything you need for a comfy seaside stay is right here. You’ll have beach access, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, indoor fireplace, hairdryer, free on-street parking, and a travel cot available on request. Dogs are very welcome too, because seaside adventures are better with a tail wagging companion.
